RFQ Respondent Criteria for Consideration

In the event that the utility has not already undertaken and a RFQ and/or RFI process, PLT can prepare the technical inputs for a request for qualifications. To do this, PLT would take the decision made by the utility following its review of the sensitivity analysis and business case and apply its technology selection methodology to create a project design scoring tool which could be used by a vendor selection committee, supported by PLT to choose the 2-3 vendors that have demonstrated the technical competence, financial capacity and strong endorsement by current customers to deliver the project in the desired timeframe.
